I qualified as an Executive Coach in early 2012 and have since worked for a wide range of different clients across many industries, from automotive through to finance, and at all levels of seniority, from Future Leaders through to board members and CEOs.

Most of my coaching work is focused on personal development, as described under Executive coaching. Some of it takes place in an intercultural setting, supporting individuals working across different cultures.

As a German/British dual national I coach both in German as well as in English.

I am accredited as an APECS Master Executive Coach.

I have worked as an intercultural consultant and trainer since 2001 and continue to do so. I have developed and carried out a wide range of training programs, covering topics such as cultural intelligence or international teams as well as presentation skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, assertiveness or relationship management in an international setting. I have worked with individual leaders as well as with whole European or global teams, both face-to-face as well as virtually.
