Intercultural Training

These workshops enable participants to develop an awareness of different cultures and to work productively across different cultural groups, covering subjects such as

• their own cultural pre-conditioning
• awareness of differences between cultures
• strategies for reconciling these differences
• developing intercultural skills
• benefiting from cultural diversity

This is explored within the context of very practical situations such as one-to-one interaction between individuals from different cultures, international teams, bringing together national and corporate culture, selling across cultures, etc.

All workshops are highly interactive, involving plenty of discussion, exercises, case-studies and role plays.
