Intercultural Training

These workshops enable participants to develop the right communication and practical skills for working constructively with colleagues, partners and clients from different countries. The training can cover subjects such as

• Who are we and what are our assumptions and expectations? 
• Focus on topics such as leadership, management styles, communication styles, relationships across different cultures
• International teams
• Strategies for reconciling different expectations and behaviours
• Developing intercultural communication skills
• How do we benefit from cultural diversity

This is explored within the context of very practical situations such as one-to-one interaction between individuals from different cultures, international teams, bringing together national and corporate culture, selling across cultures, etc.

All workshops are highly interactive, involving plenty of discussion, exercises, case-studies and role plays.
